Regina M. Lowrie, CMB, is a recognized national leader and authority in the mortgage and lending industry. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, she has established and managed multiple successful banking/lending organizations. In 2005, Regina became the first woman chairman of the national Mortgage Bankers Association and continues to serve on many MBA committees. Regina has also testified before Congress on public policy to include GSE Reform and has served as an expert witness for the financial services industry. As president and CEO of Dytrix, Regina is arming banks and lenders with a comprehensive, real time defense system against wire and identity fraud. Regina is also President and CEO of RML Advisors. Prior to Dytrix and RML Advisors, Regina was Founder/President and CEO of Gateway Funding Diversified Mortgage Services, a $3.2 Billion Mortgage Banker. You can find her on LinkedIn.

Anthony W. Schweiger is Chief Operating Officer of Dytrix, Inc. He has over 40 years of experience in managing and counseling companies and holds the Master Certified Mortgage Banker Designation. In addition to having been the CEO and COO/CFO of a large regional lending business, his experience includes governance oversight, capital market management, risk management, technology, and strategic planning for a variety of service and technology businesses. From 1992 to 2012, he was a director and Governance Chair of Radian Group, Inc., a NYSE traded provider of private mortgage insurance and credit enhancement products. In addition, he served on Radian’s Audit, Finance & Investment and Compensation Committees. Anthony has also served as a director in several private and public companies with roles as Audit, Compensation and Governance Chairs. He is currently a director of two development stage enterprises and serves as a director and Governance Chair of the DVIRC, an economic development agency focused on the manufacturing sector. In his capacity as a consultant, Anthony has advised various businesses on governance, operational and strategic issues. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has been recognized for his business and community accomplishments in Who’s Who.

Nancy Chew, Senior Vice President for Operations, has over 20 years of experience in building and managing customer service operations as well as business process, organization design, project management, change implementation, and training. As a Senior Manager for Deloitte Consulting, Nancy led client/consultant project teams to design and implement significant client benefits for financial services, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing businesses. Her teams consistently delivered and often exceeded strategic objectives. Nancy has also served in various leadership roles in her local communities, including as the President of the Homeowners Association Board. Her keen interest in supporting sports, music, and STEM education efforts has helped local schools and sports groups provide support and guidance to children and young adults. Nancy is a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and the University of Michigan.

Richard (Rick) R. Longmore, SVP of Sales, has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Rick has a proven track-record of building high-performance teams and is a recognized leader in introducing new products for financial institutions and mortgage bankers. Rick’s business experience includes executive sales roles in mortgage banking and mortgage insurance with particular focus on developing wholesale and correspondent business channels. He has trained banks and credit unions on FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines and products, and excels at relationship management with c-level executives across lending business and credit functions.
